How to Request Mediation

 

  1. Call the Center — 800.203.3452
     
  2. Describe your situation.  The case manager will help you determine the appropriate service, answer your questions, and explain the cost, if any.
     
  3. If you want to mediate, a case manager will contact the other parties, explain the process, answer their questions, and if they are willing, schedule a session at a time and place convenient to all.
