		Client Comments It was a good process to make me see what I did through my actions. It showed me the other side of the story. I feel that the process of mediation was a lot more effective on us. It not only gave us plenty of time to think about our actions, but it was also a very big experience to go through. I am glad that I had the chance to go through mediation instead of going to court. I really enjoyed meeting both mediators, and believe you did an excellent job. Thanks so much. I am very grateful that this option was there for me -- it gave me a chance to express & to try to understand some of the issue that were being dealt with, that in a courtroom I wouldn't have had the opportunity. Very impressed with both mediators and their ability to facilitate. The mediator did a good job of working with both parties. We got an agreement & are moving forward. The mediation process saved an extreme amount of heartache and hard feelings for our family, and we were able to come out of a hard situation still intact as a "family", though not as husband and wife any more. I'm very surprised at how much more relaxed the mediation was than what I expected. I think the mediators did a great job, you didn't take sides and listened to both sides. Thanks for getting things worked out for us. We identified all of the issues important to me --the was a big step and a great relief. The mediators were so patient -- I never felt rushed or unimportant. The mediators opened my eyes to 3 or 4 very important aspects that I had overlooked (or maybe had refused to look at). It was great to have them listen so intensely, validate our concerns and bring up ideas for methods to help ourselves to a resolution. CMC is to be congratulated! The process was user friendly and an education in and of itself. My thanks! We felt very much that we were heard and respected. It was a difficult situation and the mediators were calm, persistent, and professional. They went beyond the requirements of mediation to let us vent and were sensitive to get us out of the building separately -- they were very much appreciated. The mediators did an excellent job in a very tense situation. I was amazed at their professionalism and ability to deal with our situation. They are great listeners! We will hopefully see them in action in an actual mediation process as our situation progresses. Was very pleased with how everything was handled. Both mediators did a thorough & fair job. I would recommend mediation if at all possible. I'm extremely grateful that my attorney recommended this to me. I was an attorney sitting in on the mediation. I was very happy with the mediation process and the resolution of the problem. Thanks! This was a great relief to me to be able to have a neutral process and person to help.
